Woke up to the wonderful, wonderful news, Greg and Lorena had a baby boy today, Rafael Eric. Lorena and Rafael are doing well. Romy is very excited and Greg is a proud dad. We hope we can visit them soon, the fact that NL is red could be a problem!

Our drive today took us from Navojoa to Mocorito. We drove through the town of Los Mochis and stopped for lunch at Maviri Beach. I took a short walk on the beach, sunshine, warm water between my toes, and the whistling of the wind against my skin. We then drove through Topolobampo, also a beach resort that has the second-largest natural deepwater port in the world.

Arrived at our hotel for the night in Mocorito at 18 00. It is a charming town, very colorful, well-preserved buildings and peaceful. We walked around town, swam, 30 degrees, and went for dinner in town.
