Bob was up early so he decided to leave with me still in bed. He thought, let Renee have a sleep-in. Believe me, I was up and dressed quickly as it is bumpy back in the RV!

We drove to Denali National Park and Preserve, parked our RV, and boarded a small plane to fly to the end of the park, 92 miles in.

We flew over Mt. Denali, THE mountain, an enormous massief of rock, ice and snow that towers above its neighboring summits and river valleys, spectacular. We landed at Kantishna lodge had lunch and then hiked in the area. Views were great. We then boarded our bus to return to our RV, 5-hour drive. On route, we were so unlucky and did not see any animals. Sorry correction, we saw 2 ground squirrels.
