Day 33 – July 16

We woke up early and were on the golf course in Las Vegas, 37 degrees at 07 45.

We had a nice game of golf, the course had many slopes, to gauge the speed of the ball was difficult so definitely challenging.

By the time we completed the course, it was 40 degrees.

We started driving to Sedona, which was our next stop for the night. On route we stopped at Hoover Dam, the second tallest dam in the US together with Lake Mead supplies water to 3 states, Nevada, Arizona, and California, and 25 million people.

The Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, which overlooks the dam, we walked across 1600 steps, then 42 degrees.

We decided no more stops and sit in the comfort of our air-conditioned RV till we get to Sedona, 452 kilometers.

Close to our destination Renee realized that her wallet, passport, keys, and  Bob’s passports were left in the safe of our hotel in Las Vegas, paniek ensued……. but after calming down we took steps and hopefully will have our documents back tomorrow evening. A big, big, big thank you to Jerome for solving our problem.

Had a delicious 6-course gourmet dinner at our hotel in Sedona.
